Properties
All properties are offered for sale at the lowest prices acceptable to the seller. Unlike other organisation's offering discounted property, Global Property Partners Club do not add any percentage to that price. Instead we charge our clients a small sourcing fee for our services. You are thereby assured that you are buying at the lowest possible price.

Many properties have been acquired by International Banks, usually by means of repossession, where the original owners had defaulted on their mortgage payments.

The properties will include the transference of any residue of a Builders Warranty. Many banks have also confirmed that all properties offered by them, via Global Property Partners Club, will have a valid, approved legal title.

Property Portfolio
We mostly display property that is situated in the main tourist resort areas of countries featured on our web site. The properties are often brand new and ready for immediate occupation. The online property portfolio is updated regularly.

Property Inspections
We will arrange for a member of our locally based staff to meet prospective buyers, at their hotel, and escort them on their selected properties for planned viewing's.

Clients will need to make their own arrangements for flights and any overnight accommodation. We are able to recommend reasonable hotels near to the airports.
